Instruction Guide

Our humidifiers are designed to be as easy to use as possible, and most of the time, this guide really won't be needed, however, if you are having a troubles working out how to operate your humidifier, we have put this guide together to help you. If you are still struggling, we are here for you, simply reach out to us using our 'Contact Us' page.

//

Start Up

As a general rule of thumb, please ensure the following before operating your humidifier:

- You have filled your humidifier up with tap water - not purified or distilled water, no higher than the maximum marked line.

- You have connected a wet filter swab in to the humidifier (see below for specific how-to's per products)

- The power is connected properly and is plugged in to a socket that's on (you'll be surprised how many people forget to turn the plug on at the wall!).

Your humidifier will then work like a dream.

//

Troubleshooting

If you are having issues getting the humidifier started, the general rule of thumb is to check the power source, cotton filter dampness, and water level.

Make sure you have sufficient power. If your product is not wireless, make sure to plug it into a constant DC5V power source, and give it some time to charge up if it is wireless. Feel free to give your cotton filter a check by removing the plastic tubing around it and "resetting" it's position - sometimes this is all it takes to kick-start things. Make sure you don't overfill the water tanks.

As a safety precaution, we program our products to not produce mist if any of the previous things are not in alignment.

You must not use essential oils in the machines.

If you are still having problems, we have got a troubleshooting / instruction guide below for each model.

//

Cleaning

Filters must be replaced every 2-3 weeks with consistent use or when mist gets noticeably weaker. Clean with hot water once every couple of weeks.

If you notice the atomiser getting slightly weaker, simply rub clean with a swab and vinegar.
